Do you provide refunds?
We have a strict no refund policy, any plans purchased and delivered are not eligible for refunds. However, a refund will be granted in cases where OmegaProxy fails to fulfill its promised services.
Can I change my paid order or account?
Please contact our official email support@omegaproxy.com, or communicate online with the product manager on Telegram, and we will protect your rights!
How long does it take to activate my account after payment?
In addition to the short delay in some bank transfers, payment methods including crypto currency payments will be activated immediately after payment!
How do I get an invoice after purchasing?
After entering your personal center, view historical orders under the type of agent you purchased, where you can get your payment invoice.
What should I do if the proxy doesn't arrive after the crypto currency payment is completed?
